Books & Brews is a laid-back book and social club that brings people together through great stories, local breweries, and fun social events. Based in San Diego, we meet once a month to talk books over a beer, but we’re more than just a book club.
We keep things low-pressure: our reads are usually under 350 pages, and our vibe is all about connection, not perfection. Whether you’ve read the whole book or just the first few chapters, you’re welcome.
Beyond the books, we host community-minded events like park picnics, beach days, and brewery meetups, giving members more ways to hang out, laugh, and make new friends.

At the same time, she’s trying to forge a new relationship with her estranged half-sisters after the death of her absent father. When she unwittingly plunges into her first serious romantic entanglement, Enid starts to believe that someone is following her.
